Be sure to use the reversal if erection is lasting more than 3.5 hours. Suggestion: .15 to .20 of Trimix - inject to .50 Phenlephrine every 15 mins until erection decreases, up to 1cc/unit. Erections lasting more than 4 hours that are not responding to Phenlephrine, seek medical attention.
